Pay Rate: $20.00 – $22.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time | 8-Hour Days | Fixed Daily Schedules
Base Location: San Juan Capistrano, CA (Servicing 3 South Orange County locations)
About the Role
We are seeking a reliable, hardworking landscaper to join our crew servicing premier commercial properties and HOA communities in South Orange County. This position involves hands-on outdoor landscaping and daily grounds upkeep. We are looking for team members who take pride in property maintenance , arrive on time, bring a positive attitude, and are eager to follow direction and company training.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine landscaping tasks across three assigned South Orange County site locations based on a set weekly schedule.
Report to designated locations on specific days to perform essential maintenance duties.
Operate power and hand tools safely, including trimmers, pruners, electric blowers, rakes, and weeding equipment.
Execute core grounds upkeep: mowing, edging, hedge trimming, weeding, detail pruning, and debris cleanup.
Work collaboratively within a crew setting, following instructions and standard procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements
Language: Fluent Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidate required.
Experience: Background in general labor and outdoor commercial work.
Equipment Knowledge: Experience operating equipment such as trimmers, pruners, electric blowers, and rakes.
Physical Stamina: Comfortable working as an outdoor landscaper in extreme weather changes, enduring long, hot hours of physical labor.
Attitude & Readiness: Strong desire for maintenance work, willingness to perform tough tasks, punctuality, and a positive mindset.
Transportation: Reliable travel to reporting locations in San Juan Capistrano and South Orange County.
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $20.00 - $22.00 Per Hour
