Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, test, and submit regulatory reports accurately and on time in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Analyze, validate, and resolve data quality issues, reporting gaps, and control weaknesses.
- Perform testing and gap analysis for regulatory reporting projects and system enhancements.
- Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and vendors to gather requirements and resolve issues.
- Support regulatory changes, reporting automation, and transformation initiatives.
- Maintain documentation, reporting databases, and data governance standards.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of reporting and testing activities.
- Drive process improvements and support ad-hoc reporting and regulatory assignments.
Experience / Knowledge Required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in data analytics, regulatory reporting, testing, or banking operations.
- Knowledge of SQL, SAS, Excel/VBA, Tableau, Power BI, and business intelligence tools.
- Good understanding of data management, databases, data warehousing, and reporting processes.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in banking, analytics, or regulatory reporting.
- Familiarity with BNM regulatory reporting requirements and banking products is an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and project coordination skills.
