We're growing and looking for an IT Engineer to join our super fast growing organisation. This role focuses on building the IT foundation that growth depends on: one identity platform behind every internal system, a joiner–mover–leaver process that runs from a single trigger, managed devices from day one, and a SaaS portfolio where someone knows what each tool costs and who actually uses it.

👉 POSITION BREAKDOWN

- Run and roll out our identity platform: migrate apps onto it, onboard new ones with SCIM, and get service and shared accounts under control;
- Own the joiner–mover–leaver process end to end;
- Deploy and run MDM across the fleet: baseline policies, zero-touch onboarding, remote wipe on offboarding;
- Own IT security posture: password and MFA policy, credential rotation, and audit evidence of who had access to what;
- Run the SaaS portfolio as a cost centre: owner, cost, renewal and auth method per tool, licences reclaimed;

👉 WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

- You've run identity and endpoint management before in a company that already had real process behind it;
- Hands-on with an identity provider and with MDM across a mixed fleet;
- Solid grasp of security fundamentals: MFA, least privilege, privileged access separation, credential hygiene, audit trails;
- You automate by default and document as you go;
- You work independently and decide from data - you measure what tools cost and who actually uses them, and come with a proposal rather than a question;

👉 GROSS SALARY

The salary range for this position is 4000€ - 5800€ gross per month, depending on your experience.
