What We're Looking For
- BSc or MSc in Materials Science, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
- Curiosity and willingness to learn
- Hands-on approach
- Team player with ambition to grow
- Polymer experience
