Position: Food & Beverage Assistant

Reports to: Bar Manager / Manager on Duty

Key Responsibilities:

No two days are the same, but your role will include:

- Taking food and beverage orders and communicating them clearly with the bar and kitchen

- Delivering friendly, attentive service and making every guest feel welcome

- Keeping the bar and service areas clean, organised, and running smoothly

- Knowing the menu inside-out and confidently helping guests with recommendations

- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive, can-do team environment

- Assisting with set-up and close-down of service

What We’re Looking For

- Previous experience in a Food & Beverage role (essential)

- A confident, outgoing, and friendly personality

- Excellent attention to detail and high service standards

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team
