Position Summary: The Foreman is responsible for supervising daily field operations and leading small-to-mid-sized craft crews to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and in compliance with quality standards. This role combines hands-on leadership, planning, and coordination across multiple crafts. The Foreman serves as a critical link between crews and upper supervision, ensuring job readiness, effective execution, and clear communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and lead crews of 5–10 craft workers , assigning daily tasks and monitoring productivity.

- Plan and execute daily work based on schedules, priorities, and work packages.

- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work packages to guide execution.

- Verify job readiness, ensuring required permits, tools, materials, and manpower are available.

- Conduct toolbox talks and perform routine safety walks to enforce OSHA and company safety standards.

- Monitor job site conditions and enforce safety, quality, and schedule compliance.

- Coordinate with the General Foreman, Superintendent, Safety, and QA/QC teams to execute work efficiently.

- Track progress and document daily production, crew performance, and work completion.

- Monitor and control tools, equipment, and materials to ensure proper usage and accountability.

- Identify and escalate job constraints or issues promptly.

- Perform quality checks and ensure work meets project specifications and standards.

- Maintain documentation including daily reports, timesheets, and work progress tracking.

- Support multi-craft coordination (welding, mechanical, piping, etc.) as required.

- Maintain proper housekeeping and job site organization.

- Perform additional duties as assigned by management

Required Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred).

- 5–8 years of industrial construction, maintenance, or turnaround experience.

- Experience leading crews of 5–10 personnel in field environments.

- Proven experience leading multi-craft field teams
