What you'll do:
- Diagnose and repair the toughest residential HVAC issues
- Train and mentor apprentice technicians as we grow our team
- Build strong customer relationships and educate on options
- Keep accurate documentation in ServiceTitan
What you need:
- 5+ years of HVAC service/troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills and a leadership mindset
- Clean driving record, able to pass background check
- Track record of low callbacks, high customer satisfaction
