What you’ll do
Project Execution: Build and maintain detailed plans, schedules, and budgets.
Team Leadership: Coordinate cross-functional, on- and off-shore teams to meet deadlines.
Risk & Stakeholders: Mitigate risks, resolve conflicts, and lead status/steering meetings.
What you need
Bachelor’s degree + 5+ years of PM experience with CX solutions (CRM, portals)
Strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall frameworks
Proficiency in PM software (Asana, Trello, MS Project) and budget management
Excellent stakeholder communication skills across all organizational levels
Nice to have: PMP certification.
