Floor Hand – Drilling Rig
We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Floor Hand to join our drilling crew. This is a physically demanding, safety-sensitive position that requires travel, overtime, and 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities
- Assist with rig-up, rig-down, and drilling operations.
- Handle drill pipe and rig equipment.
- Perform basic equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Keep work areas clean and safe.
- Follow all safety procedures and participate in daily safety meetings.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Oilfield or drilling experience preferred.
- Kelly Drive Rig experience preferred.
- Basic mechanical knowledge.
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
- Must be willing to travel and work overtime.
- Valid driver's license preferred; CDL is a plus.
- Must pass required pre-employment screening.
