About the role:
The Recruiter is responsible for delivering all facets of the recruiting process in support of multiple clients in various locations in their respective region. The Recruiter will partner with various hiring managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs of the organization and ensure best talent for each respective position. The Recruiter reports directly to the Manager and/or Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition.
In this role, your responsibilities will be:
Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals for various key stakeholder groups within the organization
Partner with hiring managers to forecast and develop plans for staffing initiatives and to ensure candidates are assessed on the proper criteria
Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System and supporting systems
Develop and implement strategic initiatives for recruiting diverse talent
Create and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for open positions
Perform other related duties as required
Qualifications
As a candidate you must have:
Law Enforcement background
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or similar or equivalent year of relevant experience
Two plus years of high volume corporate or agency recruitment experience
Proficiency in PC and iOS systems and software
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and/or Customer Relations Management Systems such as SalesForce, UltiPro
Must be a dependable team player with business maturity and enthusiasm with the ability to deliver high level of customer service
Domestic Travel up to 20% of time required
Have flexibility to work any shifts on any day of the week (Mon-Sun) and willingness to assist the team with overtime when needed
