We're hiring an in-person Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our growing team in Tualatin , OR and help us continue delivering high-quality, compassionate care in-office.

Your Role at Cyti:

- Deliver in-person therapy for individuals, children (ages 5+), couples, and families.

- Conduct clinical assessments and create collaborative, effective treatment plans.

- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EHR.

- Participate in optional peer support groups and training sessions.

What You’ll Bring:

- Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, or Psychologist (PsyD/PhD)

- Master’s or Doctoral degree in a related field

- Experience working with children is required

- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and empathy

- Willingness to work fully in-office at our Tualatin location, Monday to Friday.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Annual Salary: $70,000 – $90,000 (based on experience)
