COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE:
- Pay: $17.00–$19.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term
- Schedule: U.S. Eastern Time, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours/week
- Must be available on weekends
- On-Site
- Location: Lancaster, PA 17603
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make inbound and outbound calls and send text messages to prospective customers
- Follow company scripts and processes to qualify leads
- Schedule qualified appointments directly into the calendar
- Handle basic customer objections professionally and confidently
- Accurately update customer information and interaction notes in the CRM
- Meet daily call and appointment-setting goals
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 1 year of recent direct appointment setting experience (required)
- Previous call center, inside sales, or customer service experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and business owners
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, coachable, and able to work in a goal-driven environment
