About this role
The Site Operations Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and operational performance of the lime and kiln operations. This role provides strategic and day-to-day direction to ensure the safe, efficient, environmentally responsible, and cost-effective production of quality products while meeting customer requirements and business objectives. The Site Operations Manager drives a culture of safety, continuous improvement, operational excellence, employee development, and regulatory compliance to enable manufacturing of lime products at the lowest sustainable cost and quality.
