Purpose of the Position:
Keep the facility clean and sanitary.
Essential job functions:
- Clean and inspect restrooms hourly for sanitation and supplies.
- Inventory miscellaneous supplies.
- Assure parking lot and front of building is free of trash and debris daily.
- Keep yard mowed and weeded.
- Assist maintenance with routine tasks.
- Empty trash in designated areas daily.
- Other tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong organization skills.
- Ability to operate fork lift.
- Minor mechanical-electrical ability.
- Self-motivated.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.
- Ability to work in the environment as a majority of work will be outside.
- 100% walking and standing.
- Ability to physically push lawn mower; carry weed eater and blower up to 8 hours a day.
Schedule
Week: 40+
Lunch: 1/2 hr
Standing: 15%
Walking: 85%
