About the Role
We’re seeking a Patient Services Representative (PSR) to deliver excellent customer service both over the phone and at the front desk. This role is essential in creating a positive patient experience while supporting scheduling, registration, and daily clinic operations.

What You’ll Do
• Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and route inquiries
• Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out processes
• Register patients and maintain accurate records in the EHR
• Verify insurance and assist with updates (including PCP selection)
• Manage voicemails, patient portal messages, and schedule changes
• Collect payments and reconcile daily transactions
• Coordinate patient needs with clinical staff and follow triage protocols
• Support patient flow and overall front office operations
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

Schedule Expectations
• Full-time role with requiring a minimum of one evening shift per week

What You Bring
• Bilingual Spanish/English required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license (PA, DE, or MD)
• Customer service experience (healthcare preferred)
• Experience with EHR systems and Microsoft Office
