Ford's i-ERP program is transforming Finance globally through a standardized SAP S/4HANA template. We're looking for a Product Manager to own how the General Ledger & Periodic Accounting (GL & PA) product group operates day to day — driving Agile maturity, cross-team dependency management, roadmap alignment, health metrics, and communications across the group. You'll build and lead a small team, set the standard for Jira usage and reporting, and partner with peer Product Managers/Owners, implementation partners, and senior leadership to keep delivery on track — all without owning a single product line's backlog. Ideal for a leader who thrives on bringing structure and visibility to complex, large-scale SAP delivery, with 5-7+ years of experience in application delivery, Finance/GL processes, and Agile practices at scale.
