Sanitation Technician
Areas of Responsibility: Tier 1
- Clean and sanitize all facility equipment and production areas on a scheduled basis
- Clean quickly and effectively as directed using Company approved and provided materials and tools.
- Must be able to work in tight quarters and hard to reach areas, such as undergrow lines, etc.
- Strict adherence to Company SSOPs and procedures on the proper ways to clean and sanitize.
- Responsible for working in a safe manner adhering to company FSQA, GMP, GAP, Dress Code and PPE required practices and policies.
- Always wear proper PPE (personal protective equipment).
- Provide ideas to improve efficiency and cleaning practices to Lead or Supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned to support Operations
Qualifications: All Tiers
- Demonstrates a can-do attitude
- Attention to detail and able to multi-task
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift.
- Valid authorization to work in the U.S.A.
