Currently, we are searching for a full-time Recertification Manager to work at one of our apartment communities in Richmond, VA.
Duties:
- Timely process annual recertifications
- Work with the Envolve compliance team to ensure all HUD/LIHTC rules are followed
- Process interim certifications
- Send recertification notices on time to tenants
- File completed recertifications and interims in tenant files
- Provide any required reporting
- Other tasks as may be assigned
Qualifications:
- Tax Credit and HUD/Section 8 knowledge
- Leasing/Compliance experience
- Apartment management experience preferred
- Knowledge of affordable housing compliance paperwork
