Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for new and existing products.
- Define process flow, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Lead industrialization activities from design to production.
- Ensure smooth product transfer from development to serial production.
- Resolve production issues using Root Cause Analysis (RCA), 8D, and PDCA methodologies.
- Define manufacturing equipment requirements.Lead automation and process improvement projects.
- Conduct PFMEA, Control Plans, and Process Capability studies.
- Ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
- Manage manufacturing projects from concept to implementation.
- Coordinate with design, quality, supply chain, and production teams.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
Qualification - BE/Btech Mechanical / Aeronautical
Experience: 7-8 years
