Who you are:
- Natural Leader – Someone who can motivate a team to work as a cohesive unit!
- Problem Solver – The ability to solve problems quickly and manage conflict effectively.
- Organized Pro – A proven track record of operational organization and attention to detail.
- Coffee Expert – Proficient in all Barista responsibilities with at least 1 year of industry experience.
- Reliable & Committed – Punctual, coachable, and ready to work at least 20+ hours per week!
What you'll do:
- Lead the Shift : Oversee operations, delegate tasks, and adjust staffing to keep the workflow smooth.
- Coach & Train : Actively mentor Baristas, providing on-the-spot feedback and assisting in the training of new hires for success.
- Ensure Quality : Uphold MOKA standards for beverage quality and customer service on every single order.
- Manage Inventory : Assist with inventory counts and ordering to ensure we never run low on the good stuff.
- Stay Accountable : Complete accurate shift reports and maintain a clean, safe, and inviting shop for everyone.
What to expect:
- Leadership Responsibility – You will report directly to the Assistant and General Managers to drive store success.
- Fast-Paced Environment – A high-energy role where you'll be standing, moving, and multi-tasking.
