Position Title: Convention Food Prep Associates 17/HR
Job description:
Food prep associate is responsible for preparing ingredients, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting kitchen operations to ensure food is ready for cooking and service.
Responsibilities:
- Wash, peel, chop, and prepare fruits and vegetables
- Measure and portion food items according to recipes
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment workstations, and storage areas
- Assist cooks and kitchen staff during food preparation and service
- Follow food sanitation, safety and health regulations
- Dispose waste and keep area preparation areas clean and organized
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25-50 pounds
This is a Temporary Event Position no experience necessary
