Laser Operator – Fort Worth, TX 76131
We are currently hiring an experienced Laser Operator in the Fort Worth, TX area! If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and have experience operating CNC laser cutting machinery , we would love to speak with you.
Position Details:
Pay: $21-$22 based on experience
Location: Fort Worth, TX 76131
Schedule: Monday–Friday 6am until 3-4pm. Saturdays as needed
Shift: Day Shift
Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of CNC laser cutting machine operating experience
- Experience operating and monitoring CNC laser cutting equipment
- Ability to read blueprints, work orders, and production specifications
- Ability to use measuring tools such as calipers and tape measures
- Knowledge of material types, thicknesses, and proper cutting settings
- Ability to inspect finished parts for accuracy and quality
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines safely and efficiently
- Load and position metal sheets or materials into the machine
- Read blueprints and production specifications to determine cutting requirements
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Verify material type, dimensions, and cut quality
- Use measuring tools to inspect finished parts for accuracy
- Identify and report machine or production issues
- Maintain proper material flow and production efficiency
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
