Your Role:

- Collaborate with the service team to deliver efficient, expert care on every customer vehicle

- Perform minor services including lube, oil, and filter changes, following all dealership and manufacturer procedures

- Conduct thorough multi-point inspections on each vehicle (Customer Pay, Warranty, Extended Warranty)

- Identify all legitimate service and repair needs and document recommendations in the Multi-Point Inspection (MPI) report

- Prepare accurate estimates for additional work and communicate findings to the Service Advisor for guest approval

- Assist fellow technicians with light mechanical duties as needed

- Maintain excellent communication with Service Manager, Service Consultants, and technicians to meet Lexus time standards and exceed guest expectations

- Keep the shop clean and equipment calibrated to Lexus standards

- Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to a smooth, professional shop environment
