Hunden Partners is growing and we’re looking for an Analyst to join our team! This role is key to supporting the firm’s consulting work through market research, data analysis, and contributions to feasibility studies and economic impact assessments. You’ll collaborate closely with senior team members to turn research into clear insights and client materials that reflect the quality and expertise Hunden is known for.

As an Analyst, you’ll research markets, help develop financial models, and contribute to reports and presentations that inform destination strategy and real estate development decisions. This position is perfect for someone who loves digging into data, solving problems, collaborating with others, and contributing to meaningful projects across the country.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 Dependent on experience

Bonus: Based on personal and Firm performance

What You’ll Do

- Conduct market research, data collection, and analysis to support financial feasibility studies, economic impact models, and strategic advisory projects
- Prepare components of client deliverables, including reports, memos, presentations, and financial models
- Assist in the development of financial models, market studies, and real estate tax calculations under the guidance of senior team members
- Contribute to the creation of graphs, charts, and visuals that effectively present findings and analysis
- Support client meetings by preparing materials and taking detailed notes for project documentation
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and logical flow of written deliverables
- Participate in project team meetings, providing research insights and updates as needed
- Organize project files and research data using Hunden’s internal systems and tools
- Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately, efficiently, and in alignment with project deadlines

What We’re Looking For

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, or a related role (internship experience accepted)
- Strong experience with market and real estate analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong foundational analytical and quantitative skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
