JOB PURPOSE  设置本岗位的目的

This role works closely with the Planning team to confirm raw material availability before production and is responsible for material preparation activities for the OC, FC, SD, and LC workshops.

POSITION REPORTS TO:

Manufacturing manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES    主要工作职责

- Maintain products related information in SAP and validate new localization products, update item notes and PO release and printing PO and submix etc.

SAP 系统中维护相关产品信息并对新产品系统信息进行确认,例如根据实际生产工艺维持并更新产品工艺信息,PO release 以及打印PO 及submix 单

- Work together with team leader and supervisor for raw material preparation to prevent production shut down

与现场领班沟通生产备料情况，避免由于备料不及时造成生产等待

- Open TR daily review and communicate and analyze urgent TO

备料过程open TR 的沟通以及对于进行紧急物料进行沟通并分析物料紧急原因

- Be responsible for raw material handling and storage condition update and maintain and periodic check to ensure adherence.

负责原料存储条件的更新,并推动现场落实，推动周期性符合确认已确保原料存储条件的执行

- Back up of production scheduler

生产计划的back up

QUALICATION AND EXPERIENCE  资质与经验

- Be familiar with SAP system 熟悉SAP 系统操作
- Bachelor degree or above本科及以上学历
- Good command of written English  阅读书写英语掌握良好
- Good communications skill and teamwork ability 良好的沟通技能和团队写作能力
- planning or scheduling related working experience is preferred 计划或排产相关经验最优
