Job Title: E&I Engineer / 电气与仪表工程师（自动化方向）

Job Purpose / 岗位目标
Ensure the high availability, reliability, and regulatory compliance of plant-wide electrical, instrumentation, and automated control systems. Lead control logic secondary development, loop tuning, equipment PM, and project commissioning (C&Q) to eliminate bottlenecks, minimize unplanned downtime, and ensure safe, compliant production.

确保全厂电气、仪表及自控系统的高可用性、稳定运行与合规性。主导控制逻辑二次开发、回路整定、预防性维护及工程调试确认（C&Q），消除工艺瓶颈，最大限度降低非计划停机时间，保障工厂安全合规与高效生产。

Core Responsibilities / 主要职责

- Automation Systems Optimization / 自控系统二次开发与优化

- Modify and optimize Siemens S7 (1500/300/400) PLC logic, interlocks, and sequences; maintain WinCC and SCADA graphics, trends, and alarms.
负责西门子 S7 PLC 逻辑、联锁及顺控程序的二次开发与修改；维护 WinCC/SCADA 画面、报警及趋势。
- Conduct on-site closed-loop PID parameter tuning with process engineers; manage program version control, routine backups, and MOC archiving.
配合工艺完成现场 PID 闭环参数整定；负责控制程序版本控制、定期备份及变更管理（MOC）归档。

- Project Commissioning & Qualification (C&Q) / 项目调试与确认

- Review electrical schematics, P&IDs, and I/O lists; participate in FAT/SAT, and lead field loop checks and drive testing.
参与电气图纸、P&ID 及 I/O 清单会审；配合 FAT/SAT，主导现场打点对线（Loop Check）及单体/联动调试。
- Execute C&Q (IQ/OQ) validation protocols to ensure smooth, compliant equipment handover to production.
推进工程确认与验证（C&Q / IQ / OQ），编制并执行验证记录，确保合规交付生产。

- Equipment Maintenance & Reliability / 设备日常与预防性维护

- Execute PM and inspections on automated machinery, control cabinets, VFDs, servo drives, and low-voltage circuits.
负责自动化生产设备、PLC/DCS 控制柜、变频器、伺服及低压配电回路的日常巡检与预防性维护（PM）。
- Respond promptly to unexpected downtime, conduct root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
快速响应现场突发电气与自控故障，诊断根因（RCA）并落实防范整改措施。

- Instrumentation & Metrology / 过程仪表与计量管理

- Calibrate, configure, and troubleshoot process instruments (temp, pressure, flow, level, control valves, weighing); maintain calibration ledgers compliant with ISO/GMP regulations.
负责过程仪表（温、压、流、位、调节阀、称重等）的校准、参数标定与排障；建立符合 ISO/GMP 要求的校准台账。

- OT & Infrastructure Support / 实用 OT 与弱电支持

- Manage IPC/server system backups and rapid disaster recovery; troubleshoot shop-floor networks, industrial switches, and plant ELV facilities.
负责工控机/服务器镜像备份与快速灾备还原；排查车间 场总线、工业交换机及弱电安防设施故障。

- SAP & Safety Compliance / SAP 运维与安全合规

- Manage PM work orders and spare parts inventory via SAP PM; strictly execute plant EHS rules, low-voltage safety standards, and LOTO procedures.
运用 SAP PM 模块管理工单与备件安全库存；严格执行工厂 EHS 规程、电气安全规范及上锁挂牌（LOTO）程序。

Requirements / 任职要求

- Education & Experience / 学历与经验

- Bachelor's degree or above in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
全日制本科及以上学历，自动化、电气工程、机电一体化等相关专业。
- 3–5 years of E/I maintenance and commissioning experience in process industries (Chemical, Pharma, Food) or manufacturing; system integrator (SI) project delivery background is preferred.
3~5 年流程工业（化工、制药、食品等）或制造企业现场运维与调试经验；具备集成商（SI）工程交付背景者佳。

- Technical Skills / 专业技能

- Proficient in Siemens TIA Portal, STEP 7, and WinCC modifications; experienced in field loop checks and commissioning workflows.
熟练掌握西门子 TIA Portal / STEP 7 逻辑修改及 WinCC 维护；精通现场打点对线与调试排错流程。
- Skilled in process instrument calibration (E+H, Rosemount, Siemens), IPC disk cloning/recovery, and reading electrical schematics and P&IDs.
熟练掌握主流过程仪表标定、工控机镜像克隆还原，能熟练识读电气原理图与 P&ID 图。

Certificates / 证书

- Certifications: Special Operations Certificate for Low-Voltage Electrical Work (mandatory); Explosion-Proof certificates preferred.
证书要求： 持有特种作业操作证（低压电工证，必备）；持有防爆电工证优先。
- English Proficiency: CET-4 certified; solid spoken and written English skills, capable of independently participating in technical discussions and conference calls with overseas teams.
英语能力： 通过大学英语四级（CET-4）；具备良好的英语听说读写能力，能够独立使用英语与海外工程团队进行跨国会议交流与技术沟通。
