JOB PURPOSE    设置本岗位的目的

负责生产容器、工具及设备的清洗与维护，保障生产容器的高效周转；执行车间日常清洁及废油清理，确保生产环境整洁、安全、符合EHS与5S标准。

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES    主要工作职责

- 容器与工具清洗：及时清洗生产容器、工治具及设备部件，确保清洁度符合生产要求，保证容器正常周转。
- 车间日常清洁：负责生产车间地面、工作台、通道等区域的日常清洁与卫生维护，保持环境整洁。
- 废油与废弃物清理：按要求清理样品、不良品及生产过程中产生的废油，并协助合规处置。
- 5S 现场管理：执行责任区域的整理、整顿、清扫、清洁、素养工作，维持工具、清洁用品定点定位。
- 设备与工具点检：对清洗设备（如高压清洗机、烘干设备等）及清洁工具进行日常点检，发现异常及时上报。
- EHS 与安全操作：严格遵守公司EHS规定，正确使用个人防护用品（PPE），规范处理清洗废液，防止环境污染。
- 记录与交接：填写清洗记录、清洁记录等，与生产班组做好容器交接，确保账实一致。
- 其他任务：完成主管或经理安排的其他相关工作

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE     资质与经验

- 学历：初中及以上学历。
- 身体素质：勤劳踏实，能适应一定体力劳动。
- 环境适应：能适应有较明显气味的工作环境。
- 职业素养：责任心强，服从工作安排，注重细节与卫生。
- 优先条件：有工厂清洁、清洗或废弃物处理经验者优先；了解5S或EHS基本知识者优先。
