How You'll Help Us Connect the World:
- Responsible for assembly or testing of fiber optic connector products according to production plans and work instructions.
- Perform daily work strictly in accordance with production process standards and operating procedures, ensuring quality and output targets are met.
- Carry out daily cleaning and basic maintenance of production equipment, tools, and fixtures; promptly report any equipment or product abnormalities.
- Accurately complete production logs, quality inspection records, and related documentation in a timely manner.
- Comply with workshop discipline, safety production requirements, and management regulations.
- Maintain clean and orderly production areas, properly organize and sort materials, and keep workstations neat and well-organized.
Required Qualifications for Consideration:
- Open to all genders, aged 18 and above .
- Junior high school education or above.
- In good physical condition, good eyesight, no bad habits affecting work.
- Able to work diligently, with a strong sense of responsibility, and possess basic hands-on skills and learning ability.
- Willing to comply with company management requirements and adapt to shift work arrangements.
- Able to strictly comply with company safety production and workshop management rules and regulations.
