## Job Summary



To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Quality Engineer located in Suzhou Shengpu .

Reporting to the Quality Manager , the Quality Engineer role involves…

What a typical day looks like :

- 制程质量管理--负责汽车线束生产过程质量控制，确保产品符合客户要求及相关标准。
- Control Plan）、检验规范及作业指导书。
- FPY、FTQ、PPM、报废率等），推动持续改善。
- 异常分析与改善--主导生产过程质量异常分析与处理。运用8D、5Why、鱼骨图等工具完成根因分析。跟踪纠正预防措施（CAPA）实施及效果验证。推动重大质量问题关闭，防止问题重复发生。
- 客户特殊特性管理--负责客户特殊特性（CC、SC、KPC等）在生产过程中的落实。推动关键工序SPC监控及能力提升。定期评估过程风险并推动改善。
- APQP及量产质量管理--参与新项目APQP活动。参与PFMEA、Control Plan、作业指导书评审和更新。跟踪试产、量产阶段质量表现。推动量产阶段持续改善项目。
- 过程审核与体系维护--组织实施LPA、过程审核（VDA6.3）及产品审核。配合IATF16949体系审核及客户审核。推动审核发现项整改关闭。
- 数据分析与质量改善--建立质量看板并定期发布质量报告。运用SPC、Minitab等工具分析过程能力。主导质量改善项目，降低PPM、COPQ及内部损失。
- 供应商及跨部门协同--与生产、工程、设备、物流等部门协同解决质量问题。必要时参与供应商质量问题分析。支持客户投诉调查及改善措施落实。

The experience we’re looking to add to our team :

- 全日制大专及以上学历。
- 3年及以上汽车行业质量工程师经验，有线束产品QE经验优先考虑。
- 优秀的英文读写能力，口语能力好的更优
- 具备良好的表达沟通能力。
