# Key Responsibilities

Component Maintenance & Repair

- Perform disassembly, inspection, cleaning, assembly, and testing of aircraft components in accordance with approved procedures and airworthiness requirements.
- Complete repair and overhaul activities to the required quality and performance standards.
- Interpret and follow technical manuals, engineering instructions, and maintenance procedures.

Technical Documentation & Reporting

- Compile technical findings and inspection reports based on component evaluations.
- Work with the company ERP system to support operational and reporting requirements.
- Ensure all work is recorded in accordance with company and regulatory standards.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.

Teamwork & Development

- Work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently. Contribute positively to team objectives and operational goals.
- Support knowledge sharing and best practices across the workshop.

Qualifications & Experience

- Completed apprenticeship or recognized qualification in a relevant technical trade such as Aircraft Mechanic, Mechanical Fitter/Turner, Automotive Mechanic, Electrician, HVAC Technician, Plumber, Industrial Maintenance Technician, or another relevant mechanical or technical trade.
- Experience within maintenance, repair, manufacturing, or technical operations environments.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow technical manuals, procedures, and work instructions.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
