Citizens Advice 1066 is seeking a compassionate and motivated Assessment Officer to join our Crisis Payments Service. This role is at the heart of delivering emergency financial support to residents experiencing hardship. You'll assess applications, make evidence-based decisions, identify safeguarding concerns and help people access wider support that can improve their long-term financial resilience.
