The heart of the role
PHOENIX BUSINESS SERVICES offers a 6 -month internship in the HR Team, where you can gain work experience in Human Resources. This is a great opportunity to gain work experience that could lead to growth opportunities for the company!
If you're interested in everything HR, you’d be happy to support day-to-day HR operations, play a role in the organization's employee cycle, and:
- Assist in the recruitment process with screening and scheduling interviews with candidates.
- Participate in the coordination of the new hire orientation & onboarding.
- Create communication posts for internal and external communication.
- Support office and HR administration.
- Take part in different team meetings, events, etc.
What makes you beat
- Enrolled student in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, Business Administration, or related subjects.
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Detail-oriented mindset.
- Strive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Strong English language skills (both verbal & written).
