About this role
Objective:
· Responsible for the organization’s financial
reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance with accounting standards,
and maintaining strong internal controls.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing,
reviewing, and presenting accurate financial statements, including balance
sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements, ensuring compliance with GAAP
and IFRS .
- Analyzing
activities to identify trends, optimizing costs, and supporting revenue growth
initiatives.
- Establishing
and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard company assets and
ensure the integrity of financial data.
- Coordinating external audit processes, addressing and resolving audit
queries in a timely manner.
- Ensuring
completion of statutory financial statements and disclosures in line with
regulatory requirements.
- Handling tax-related activities, including preparation and filing of tax returns,
ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborating cross-functional support for financial planning, budgeting,
and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- IFRS
is Plus.
- 5-7 years of experience .
- Strong
knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance
standards.
- Proficiency
in using accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Proficiency in company/tax laws and regulations.
- Preferred ODDO
