What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting our company's continued growth. In this role, you will:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Provide outstanding customer support over the phone and through electronic communication
- Maintain accurate customer records and account information
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Contribute to company growth through customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For
- Previous customer service or client support experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- A positive attitude and desire to grow within the organization
- Experience with CRM systems is preferred
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
