AI & Workflow Automation Specialist / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop AI and automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, and related technologies.
- Create and maintain automated workflows for approvals, notifications, reporting, project tracking, and data synchronization using Power Automate and scripting tools.
- Integrate data from SharePoint, Microsoft Lists, Excel, Power BI, Teams, and internal systems to support reporting and analytics.
- Build internal web applications, dashboards, and productivity tools to improve engineering operations and project management.
- Collaborate with engineering teams, program managers, IT teams, and business stakeholders to identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
- Drive adoption of AI-powered solutions and digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Analyze business processes and recommend technology-based solutions to enhance productivity and reduce manual effort.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and user guidance for developed applications, automation tools, and AI solutions.

Work Experience

Required Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, and Power Automate.
- Knowledge of workflow automation, business process improvement, and data management.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Basic programming skills in Python, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or Azure OpenAI.
- Knowledge of API integration and connecting enterprise systems.
- Experience developing custom SharePoint solutions.
- Participation in digital transformation, process automation, or AI adoption projects.
- Familiarity with engineering operations, hardware product development, or New Product Introduction (NPI) processes.
