Bethanna – Childrens Mobile Crisis Team Services (CMCTS)

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 2:00 PM–10:00 PM
Pay: $28.25 per hour

About the Job

Bethanna is looking for a Mobile Crisis Worker to support children, youth, and families during times of crisis.

In this role, you will help assess needs, provide crisis support in person and by phone, create Crisis Stabilization Plans, coordinate services, and connect families with appropriate resources.

You will work as part of a supportive team and report to the Clinical Supervisor.

Qualifications

What Youll Do

- Provide crisis support to children, youth, and families.

- Complete assessments and help identify safety and behavioral health needs.

- Assist with Crisis Stabilization Plans.

- Coordinate care and connect families with needed services.

- Monitor clients for ongoing safety concerns.

- Work with CRC staff and other service providers.

- Make referrals to appropriate community and behavioral health services.

What You Need

- Bachelors degree in social work, psychology, sociology, counseling, education, nursing, criminal justice, or a related field.

- Two years of experience working with children or youth in mental health or child welfare is preferred.

- Experience or training in crisis intervention, de-escalation, crisis stabilization, or trauma-informed care is preferred.
