Technical Writer

We are currently looking for a Technical Writer to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.

- Full-time

- Freelance and Employment contract

- Duration mission: Long-term mission

- Hybrid working model (Brussels)

Responsabilities:

- Create, maintain, and update technical documentation for business and IT applications.

- Translate complex technical concepts into clear and user-friendly documentation.

- Collaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to gather information.

- Produce user guides, technical manuals, process documentation, release notes, and knowledge base articles.

- Ensure documentation quality, consistency, and compliance with internal standards.

- Leverage AI-powered tools to improve documentation creation, maintenance, and content management processes.

- Review and continuously improve existing documentation structures and content.

Technical skills:

- Experience in technical writing and documentation management.

- Knowledge of software development environments and application lifecycles.

- Experience with documentation tools such as Confluence, SharePoint, Markdown, or similar platforms.

- Understanding of business applications and IT systems.

- Experience using AI-assisted writing and documentation tools is a strong asset.

- Ability to structure and simplify complex technical information.

- Excellent written communication skills in English.

Profile:

- Medior-level experience as a Technical Writer or in a similar documentation role.

- Strong analytical and organisational skills.

- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

- Proactive, solution-oriented, and eager to learn new technologies.

- Comfortable working in a hybrid environment based in Brussels.

- Available ASAP.
