About this role

NAC is currently seeking a full-time Project Administrator , initially based on our Dalewood Water Reclamation Facility project in St. Thomas, ON.
 
Position Summary: 
 
Reporting to the Project Manager, the Site/ Project Administrator is an integral part of the project team, responsible for a wide variety of administration and coordination duties. The incumbent provides high quality, timely and efficient services, including PO's, travel and housing coordination and the submission of timesheets.

Responsibilities:

- Provide a high level of administration support to the project team

- Oversee Accounts Receivable Document control

- Initiate workflows for Accounts payable

- Assist with project billings, such as processing monthly billing reports

- Receive and screen all inbound telephone calls, emails and mail

- Evaluate, prioritize and distribute correspondence accordingly

- Set-up accommodations, which includes sourcing available rentals and furnishing, as required

- Coordinate and maintain housing logs

- Coordinate travel, as required

- Organize and receive site deliveries

- Be the first point of contact, receiving visitors at site and addressing all inquiries

- Process and manage Purchase Orders, as well as procurement of construction materials

- Prepare timesheets and submit to the Payroll Dept., on a weekly basis

- Maintain the central filing system

- Provide all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

- 2+ years’ experience working as an administrator or coordinator (construction industry experience is an asset)

- Experience with time and material tracking is an asset

- Strong knowledge of general office procedures

- Solid computer skills on programs such as, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong interpersonal skills

- High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational skills

- Superior time management and multitasking skills

- Resourcefulness and flexibility

- Ability to effectively interpret and implement company policies and procedures
