Position Summary

As an LPN, you will play a key role in delivering quality nursing care, administering medications, monitoring resident health status, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure the highest level of care for our residents.

Responsibilities

- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

- Monitor and document resident conditions and report changes

- Provide direct nursing care while ensuring resident comfort and dignity

- Assist with care planning and resident assessments

- Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, families, and team members

- Maintain accurate clinical documentation

- Follow all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Qualifications

- Current Virginia LPN License

- Current CPR certification (required)

- Long-term care experience preferred, but not required

- Strong communication and critical thinking skills

- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
