ELD Support Specialist I

Position Summary:

Individual will render support to all drivers and terminal personnel regarding issues with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) and Dash Cams issued to the drivers of the Bennett Family of Companies. Responsible for monitoring the connection and functionality of all ELDs and Dash Cameras currently deployed in vehicles contracted to any one of the Bennett Family of Companies. Responsible for all equipment manufacturer returns. Maintenance of all driver
and vehicle profiles within the KeepTruckin and Samsara web portals. Support of the ELD Support Specialist II as needed.

Duties:

- Objectives1: Driver and terminal facing ELD and Dash Camera support.

- Objectives2: Daily monitoring of all ELD equipment for connectivity and functionality.

- Objectives3: Daily monitoring of all Dash Cameras for connectivity and functionality.

- Objectives4: Maintenance of driver and vehicle profiles.

- Objectives5: KeepTruckin Group Maintenance

- Objectives6: Manufacturer returns for all defective equipment.

- Objectives7: Support of the ELD Support Specialist II as needed.

- Objectives8: Any other tasks assigned by the Hours-of-Service Compliance Manager.

Qualifications

- Prior Tech Support desired.

- Must possess excellent communication skills.

- Must be able to multi-task.
