What you'll be doing
If you have an eye for detail and like to work with small parts, then consider a career with us as a permanent full-time Production Assembler. With a positive attitude, we can provide you with the training, knowledge and experience to succeed.

Key Responsibilities

- Work with an established production team to build acoustic transmitters

- Assemble miniature electronics and small mechanical parts

- Work under a microscope, with a steady hand and an eye for detail

- Learn build processes for multiple products and stations

- Participate in problem solving and continuous improvement projects

- Ensure production standards, quality, and safety are maintained at every step

- Maintain an organized workspace

- Operate within standard operating procedures and to quality standards

- All required training is provided

What We’re Looking For

- Grade 12 or equivalent experience and capability

- Proficient with Windows operating system

- Basic computing skills: Email and file/folder navigation

- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work on repetitive tasks

- Work well in a team environment, as well as use your own initiative

- Operate with safety as a priority

- Excellent communication skills

- Adaptable to change

- Ability to sit for long periods of time with ability to move around

- Ability to learn and operate machinery
