We are seeking a licensed Registered Nurse (RN)<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> to oversee health services compliance and clinical training for our 245D home and community-based services. This is a highly flexible, casual position perfect for someone looking for a part-time or contract role to supplement their schedule.
Key Responsibilities:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> <!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Training & Education:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Create and implement comprehensive 245D-compliant medication administration training protocols for direct care staff.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Competency Evaluation:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Conduct and document staff competency reviews, including watching and signing off on medication administration passes.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Clinical Oversight:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Train staff on client-specific life-sustaining or monitoring medical equipment per MN Statute 245D.09.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Compliance:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Ensure all health-related services, documentation, and delegation protocols meet Minnesota 245D standards.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->

Qualifications:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> <!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- License:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Active, unencumbered Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> .<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Experience:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> 1+ years of direct care experience working with individuals with disabilities or older adults (required to meet 245D Coordinator standards).<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
- Skills:<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> Strong knowledge of MN Statute 245D health services<!--TgQPHd|||[]--> , excellent teaching skills, and detail-oriented documentation habits.<!--TgQPHd|||[]-->
