About this role
The Contract Manager leads the tendering, bid evaluation, and contract administration processes for low-rise and mid-rise residential developments. Working closely with Estimating, Purchasing, Construction, and Development teams, this role manages trade contracts, supports project budgets and schedules, leads a team of estimators, and builds strong relationships with trade partners and suppliers. Through contract negotiation, cost analysis, risk management, and value engineering, the Contract Manager helps deliver successful projects while ensuring quality, compliance, and cost control.
