About the Role

As a Superintendent,  you'll  lead field operations, coordinate crews and subcontractors, and work closely with Project Managers to keep jobs running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.  You'll  be a hands-on leader who takes ownership, solves problems, and sets the tone for excellence on every project.

What You'll Do :

- Lead and coordinate crews and subcontractors

- Maintain project schedules and quality standards

- Read and interpret construction plans and specifications

- Communicate  with Project Managers, clients, and trade partners

- Promote jobsite safety and company standards

- Anticipate challenges and keep projects moving forward

- Mentor team members and foster a positive  jobsite  culture

- Bags-on and hands-on support  as  needed.

What We're Looking For :

- 5+ years of construction experience

- Leadership experience in commercial and/or residential construction

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to read construction plans

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
