Internship, Accounting & Finance (Winter/Spring 2027)

Please consider before applying: This position is expected to start August 2026 and continue through the entire Fall term (i.e., through December) or into early Spring 2027 if available. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time, for most internships. Please consider before applying.
International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. Again, please do not apply until you know you can work 40 hours per week. This is required for external applicants. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year.

As an Accounting and Finance Intern, you will support the broader finance and accounting teams with day-to-dayprocessing, reconciliation, reporting, and operational tasks. This includes assisting with payroll-related activitiesand other core accounting functions for a large, multi-country workforce spanning the US, Canada, Mexico, India,and potentially additional regions.

- Support the team with data management tasks involving large datasets related to accounting and financeoperations
- Help organize and track projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders via email, chat, and in-person meetings
- Assist in building and maintaining Excel-based reports, trackers, and dashboards
- Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve team processes and workflows

- Currently pursuing a Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, or a related field
- Advanced Excel skill set
- Extremely detail orientated
- Strong communication skills
- Understanding of audit procedures, tax, and accounting principles
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines
