About this role

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the facilitys PREA compliance program, including policies, procedures, and corrective actions.

- Monitor operations and documentation to ensure ongoing compliance with federal standards.

- Coordinate PREA audits and conduct internal assessments; implement corrective actions as needed.

- Develop and deliver PREA training and ensure detainee/inmate education on rights and reporting.

- Oversee responses to allegations, ensuring victim safety, evidence integrity, and proper coordination.

- Monitor investigations for quality, timeliness, and objectivity; collaborate with internal and external partners.

- Track, analyze, and report PREA data; prepare required reports and recommend improvements.

- Participate in incident reviews, staffing assessments, and risk mitigation efforts, including identifying vulnerable populations.

- Collaborate with leadership to integrate PREA standards into facility operations and represent the facility as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality and perform other duties as assigned.

Required Knowledge Skills/Abilities:

- Knowledge of PREA standards (28 CFR Part 115) and related best practices

- Understanding of applicable laws related to corrections and civil rights

- Strong communication, report writing, and presentation skills

- Ability to interpret and apply regulations and policies

- Proficiency in data analysis, auditing, and compliance monitoring

- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment

- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

- Proficiency with computers and standard office software

Pay Rate: $23.71 per hour
