About this role

As an Assembler I , you’ll be at the heart of creating electro-mechanical products that power a variety of customer applications. Using blueprints, engineering documents, and your technical skills, you’ll assemble components, ensure quality, and prepare products for shipment.

What You Will Do:

- Assemble electro-mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and final products.

- Read and follow blueprints, method sheets, and technical instructions.

- Ensure product quality and report defects, scrap or issues promptly.

- Maintain accurate records and uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

- Cross-train in other assembly areas to expand your skills.

What You Bring:

- High school diploma or GED, plus 1–2 years of manufacturing experience (or equivalent).

- Strong dexterity for handling small parts and visual acuity for reading blueprints.

- Ability to lift 10–50 lbs. and stand or sit for up to 8 hours.

- Experience with calibrated tools like calipers, torque wrenches, oscilloscopes and gauges.

- Versatility to perform varied motor assembly and soldering operations manually.
