Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Ford vehicles
- Accurately diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns
- Complete repairs efficiently and according to manufacturer specifications
- Perform inspections and recommend necessary repairs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and fellow technicians
- Follow dealership and manufacturer safety procedures
- Maintain a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
- Previous automotive technician experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional attitude and strong work ethic
- Reliable and dependable
- Commitment to quality workmanship
- Ford experience and/or certifications are a plus, but motivated technicians are encouraged to apply
