The “ Process Engineer ” will be based in Flex GDL South , reporting to Process engineer lead
Responsible for developing, optimizing, and sustaining manufacturing processes to improve quality, cost, productivity, safety, and delivery .

What a typical day looks like:

- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes, equipment, and process parameters.
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis .
- Lead continuous improvement, cycle time, productivity, and cost-reduction initiatives.
- Support NPI, process transfers, ECOs, and equipment implementation .
- Develop and maintain process documentation, controls, and work instructions.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Support training and implementation of new processes and technologies.

The experience we’re looking to add to our team ;

- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, or related Engineering .
- 5+ years of Process/Manufacturing Engineering experience .
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, SPC, PFMEA, and Root Cause Analysis .
- Knowledge of Minitab.
- Experience with manufacturing equipment and process improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced English .
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing .
