General Statement of Job:
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of all warehouse facilities and will work closely with the Purchasing & Operation teams to handle receiving material, track material orders, and manage inventory of product, as well as manage all Warehouse personnel. The Warehouse Operations Manager will be the direct contact in establishing warehouse improvement processes, implementation of new warehouse management system (WMS). The Warehouse Operations Manager will assess and factor in warehouse needs such as personnel, equipment, workflow organization and coordinate inventory thresholds to meet operational needs.
Essential Job Functions:
- Utilize Sage/KOJO software system to receive material tickets delivered by suppliers into the Warehouse.
- Work to develop KOJO Inventory System and Direct Warehouse Operation conversion and coordination of stock materials.
- Manage all personnel assigned to Warehouses within the Quan Organization
- Evaluate daily product levels, deliveries, and shipments, to improve inventory control procedures.
- Oversee stock levels and maintain inventory control system inclusive of Min – Max material levels.
- Report on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency, and personnel issues to upper management.
- Conduct daily inventory cycle counts, monthly Inventory and formalize SOP’s.
- Participate in the Creation/Update of procedural SOPs when required to help prevent future inventory discrepancies.
- Filing all inventory documents, keeping records on all inventory adjustments.
- Tracks all scrap and inventory disposal to ensure excess material is not but manages waste.
- Assist with tracking returns, special order materials, and other Manufacturer related requirements.
- Assist with internal inventory audits inclusive of Warehouse materials and Purchase Order processing.
- Establish Communication and help maintain Matrices that help align material purchases with Purchasing, Warehouse, and job startup team.
- Maintain company information and costs in a confidential manner.
- Track and report material backorders from vendors.
- Track and trace freight as needed.
- Complete ad hoc reporting and data entry as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.

Mental and Physical Requirements:
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Operate a forklift, pallet wrap, computer and office machinery.
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds at times.
- Must be able to ascend/descend stairs to access workspace.
- Ability to move around the warehouse in a safe manner.
- Performing this job may require frequent use of hands to handle, control or feel objects, tools or controls.
Working Environment and Conditions:
- This position requires working both in an indoors office type workspace.
- Warehouse environment
- The location of primary workspace requires climbing a flight of stairs.
